Charles Ora Card was born onNovember 5, 1889, at the confluenceof Canasargia and Sugar Creeks, inOssian Township, Allegany County, State of New York, andlived there till eight years of age. He then accompanied hisparents to Park Centre, St. Joseph County, Michigan, where thefamily resided for three and-a-half years.
