Esparraguera (Esparreguera), province of Barcelona, Baix Llobregat, Catalonia, Spain. Colonia Sedó, Panoramical view. Former industrial colony created in 1846 by Miquel Puig Catasús, which generated a prosperous textile industry, the biggest one in Catalonia at that time. It was located next to Llobregat River. The factory closed in 1980 because of the textile industry crisis during decade of 70's.
