One of the new buses of the Dutch Railways Annotation: A so-called Goliath bus runs trial between Utrecht and Amersfoort. NB. After the Second World War there was a shortage of trains and these types of buses were used as additional rail transport. They offered space for 46 people. Drivers were given special training to drive these vehicles (Goliath cars). The whole could later be converted into ten-tons-trailers.
