Shah Wali, the commanding officer of the Regional Military Training Center (RMTC), congratulates a class of RMTC instructors after completing a tactics and leadership course hosted by Marine advisors with Task Force Southwest (TSFW) in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, May 23, 2018. The train, advise and assist mission helps build effective, combat capable Afghan National Defense and Security Forces while continuing to enhance existing capabilities at the brigade level.
