SEAL OF BISHOP CARROLL a singular comfort and satisfaction in events of that nature,and anything that tends to the good of true Rehgion ; butthere were many concurring circumstances at your consecra-tion, that filled my heart with feelings which words cannotexpress. Indeed, I cannot recall them to my mind withoutgreat sensible consolations. His pious letter enclosed a draft for the Seminary whichBishop Carroll was about to establish.
