Gelato makers from across Italy gather this weekend for Nivarata, the festival of Sicilian artisan made granita, which runs from 6th - 8th June in the newly built Anglo di Paradiso cultural centre in Villa Belvedere Gardens and around the town of Acireale in Sicily.
