"Switzerland native who became a naturalized US citizen and then enlisted in the military and fought in Belleau Wood in WWI. Likely as a result of what is now known as PTSD, he committed suicide in the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery to be with his fallen buddies. He was buried with military honors in the village cemetery of Belleau."
