Sf of Canada, in the Province of Ontario: Most Worshipful Sir and Brethren .- I take pleasure in submitting my report of thecondition of Masonry in this District, with a briefsummary of my visits to the different lodges. In general, I am glad to be able to state that every-thing in the District is in a most satisfactory condi-tion, and that there has been a decided progress inevery way by every lodge. At tne very beginning, I wish to express my deepsense of obligation to W. Bro. G. R. Lloyd, P. M.,of the Lodge of Strict Observance, who in all kindnessconsented to act as my District Secretary, and who hasbeen my constant adviser and helper throughout theyear.
