Schusb, pilots with Marine Attack Squadron (VMA)-311, 1st MA, are seen discussing their mission results after returning from a strike 30 miles northwest of Chu Lai in Vietnam on January 16, 1967. Ground reports showed that they had successfully killed four Viet Cong and destroyed an enemy structure, benefiting friendly ground forces.
