Indonesia-Bali, Craftsman at work.

Bali teak furniture comes from teak wood that has been planted and harvested on tree farms. The process from planting to harvesting takes about 50 years. This wood is a natural hardwood that does not splinter or rot. It resists water naturally and has a high oil content. Over time it turns a beautiful silver gray patina if left outdoors. You can always add little teak oil to enhance the honey glow of the wood . Indoors the wood has a nice aromatic smell which lasts for years.
