QUEBRADILLAS, Puerto Rico – Soldiers with the 105th Quartermaster Company, 3678th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 191st Regional Support Group, Puerto Rico National Guard, fill water jugs for a local resident Nov. 3, 2017.
