Scott Figueroa, Qualified Recycling Program assistant, picks up recycles throughout Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Feb. 10. This November 15th will be America Recycles Day and to celebrate, an E-Waste collection site will be established at building 225 so that military service members, families and employees aboard base can drop off their unwanted electronics items.
