People walking among the Washington DC Tidal Basin Cherry Blossom Metropolitan Police Department, supplemented by some members of Washington DC National Guard, set up a perimeter around the Tidal Basin to enforce social distancing by keeping people away from the trees so that people would not crowd there as they have in previous days.
