In Classes A and C no instructor should be required to carry more than sixrecitations per day, nor should students be permitted to carry more thanfrom 20 to 25 class periods per week. In Classes A, B, and C the total number of units offered in the program ofstudy cannot exceed five standard units per teacher. All laboratory work in science courses, home economics, agriculture, man-ual training, etc., will be valued in terms of the time given to it. Boys On a Hike—Sand Hill Farm-Life School, Moore County 136 Public High Schools, 1916-1917 State High School Diploma Any high school in the State, public or private, meeting the requirementsfor classification in Group A or Group B, may, upon application to the StateInspector of High Schools, become an accredited high school. When soaccredited its graduates will be entitled to receive the State High SchoolDiploma issued by the State Department of Public Instruction. This di-ploma will be signed by the Governor, State Superintendent of PublicInstruction, and the State Inspector of High Schools. To the graduates ofsuch schools as may qualify for accredited relations, this diploma will beissued in 1918. Under a recent resolution of the State Board of Examiners and InstituteConductors, this diploma will be accepted in lieu
