Darlipg is ati account- ant, ^and was i^mplolyed by Evans some time previous to the arbitration. Many. interviews took p^^oe^ and during a period of about six weeks ho rettdAi^od quite a number of seryices. The Court below found that Bar- ling had made proaf of these services, and^^B^e had sent in an account for #100, the judge rt^stticted the judgment to that amount. We think this judgment is well founded. We see nothing in the law which prevents a riian from acting as ageat for the party, who had employed him pre- yioue 4o his appomtment as arbitrator.
