Maria is the cathedral church of the local diocese. The facade is adorned with a portal dating to 1507. Beneath the church, in the crypt, are vaults covered with stucco decoration. Owner S. Maria Antiquities Sculpture. Roman sarcophagus used as the base for the main altar.
