The New Large-flowered JDicarf Double Hybrid is tlie best we have ever grown, produc- ing uniformly large double flowers in tlie richest color- ings. The single-flowered iactw/ff<«s varieties are also especially choice, the flowers measuring two inches or more across, with the edges of tlie petals finely fringed and brilliantly colored on a silvery-white ground. The Dwarf Varieties are well adapted for borders to flower- beds or the lawn, especially in cool locations. The Ford- hook Faiorifes contain all the best of both the large- flowered single and double varieties, and are very attractive when in full bloora. Dianlhus pluinarius (the Pheasant's-Eye Pink) and Dianthus scoticus, double-flowered, are hardy varieties, blooming freely in May and June the second year from sowing the seed. The flowers of Plumarius are brightly marked with violet-purple and the petals finely fringed". The flowers of Scoticus are pure white, quite double, finely fringed, aiid have a delightful clove fragrance. PKR PER PKT. OZ.
