NORFOLK (Aug. 18, 2016) Chief Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) (select) Hamilton Bryan, assigned to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), fills out a form prior to selecting his chief uniforms. Uniform Fitting Day, an event of CPO 365 Phase II, marked the first time the chief selectees tried on the uniforms of their new pay grade.
