LILIUM CARNIOLICUM (South-Eastern Europe), Martagon A bright turn-cap Lily, something like chalcedonicunijin colour varying from orange to scarlet. The stemsare from two to three feet high. We hear of it doingwell in strong clay in Northumberland.
