Carlisle, UK. 6th December, 2015. Twenty lifeboats and over 100 crew made up of Fire Fighter from across the UK and Water Rescue Specialists have this evening rescued over 200 people living in Warwick Road Carlisle. We joined the York Rescue combined with the HWFRS Water Rescue Lifeboat members to oversee the challenges they are facing in recovering people and bring them back to dry land.
