OCEAN (Feb. 28, 2019) Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Cierra Borden, from Jacksonville, Fla., fires an M-240B as part of a weapons training exercise on the weather deck of the destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95). Williams is currently underway in the Atlantic Ocean in support of Navy Week Mobile, Alabama.
