Gaziantep, Turkiye. 05 April 2024. Demonstrators wave Palestinian flags and raise banners in solidarity with Gaza on Quds Day in the Turkish city of Gaziantep. The demonstration in Gaziantep had been organised by "The Prophet's Lovers Foundation". Quds Day, or International Jerusalem Day, was first established by the leader of the Iranian revolution, Ruhollah Khomeini, in 1979 in support of Palestinians and against Israel and Zionism. It falls every year on the last Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, and this year it coincides with the 182nd day of war in the Gaza Strip
