Harrisburg is the capital city of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States. The building was completed in 1906 and the central dome rises to a height of 272 feet (83 m). It was modeled on the dome of St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City, Rome. It was designed by Joseph Miller Huston.
