KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany -- Lt. Col. John McNamara and Command Sgt. Maj. Zachary Plummer of 500th Engineer Support Company, 15th Engineer Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade, are presented the Fiscal Year 17 Army Award for Maintenance Excellence, Oct. 18, during the Senior Leadership Forum hosted by 21st Theater Sustainment Command at the Armstrong Club on Vogelweh Housing Complex. The Army recognized the 500th ESC for its exceptional accomplishment in ground and aviation maintenance.
