C. Oehmler. Mr. Oehmler is receiving congratulations from all of the boys. The Center Market florists say that business is slow, but they are looking forward to '' Say It with Flowers'' week tj give business a boost. *' Say It with Flowers'' week is being arranged by an executive committee of which Z. D. Blackistone is chairman; Al- bert Schnell, vice-chairman; A. E. Gude, secretary, and Frank E. Miller, treas- urer. Other members of the committee are: George H. Cooke, Henry Witt, William F.
