Alloway , Ayrshire, Scotland, UK. A giant mouse sculpture dedicated to Robert Burns poem Ode to a mouse. This walkway runs parallel to the road for some 350m and features a series of ten weathervanes depicting scenes from Robert Burns' poem Tam O'Shanter along with sculptures including a 2m tall mouse, far removed from the 'wee, sleekit, cowrin, tim'rous beastie' described in Burns' poem To a the most amusing sculptures is a human-sized mouse standing on its hind legs. This was sculpted by Kenny Hunter and is based on a real mouse caught by the sculptor's cat one day
