Cadet Alex Fletcher of Company C2 celebrates as he is proclaimed the Goat of the Military Academy’s Class of 2016. The Goat refers to the last-ranking cadet to graduate. Each member of the graduating class typically donates one dollar to the “Goat Fund,” which amounts to roughly a thousand dollars.
