Soldiers graduating the Recruit Sustainment Program were presented a coin from Command Sgt. Maj. Robert H. Brickley, state command sergeant major, South Carolina National Guard, during a patching ceremony held at the Bluff Road Armory in Columbia, , Oct. 24, 2015.
