Hamtramck, Michigan - Members of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People at a rally asking that the city establish a citizens review board to monitor the police and increase the police force's diversity. While the city has become increasingly diverse, with many residents now from Bangladesh and Yemen, only two of 40 police officers are nonwhite.
