A Blue Hmong indigenous girl dressed in colorful traditional clothing studies in the small school of Satong, Lai Chau, Vietnam.
Hmong Ntsuab (Blue Hmong/Green Hmong) is a newer name given by outsiders to the Hmong Leeg, who do not like it. Like many other Hmongs, they live in the Golden Triangle between Northern Thailand, Vietnam and Southern China. The main Hmong population, totaling several million inhabitants, is found in China with smaller groups in Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand and a few small communities in Burma.
