The Deputy Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (DSRCC) for Somalia, Simon Mulongo (right), and other senior military officers follow proceedings during the closing session of the AMISOM Sector Commanders' Conference which discussed the new Concept of Operations (CONOPS) in Mogadishu, Somalia, on 15 February 2019. The CONOPS will guide AMISOM's activities and operations during the 2018-2021 period.
