Members of the 104th Fighter Wing participated in a Phase II exercise Nov. 4, 2018, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts. The exercise allows Airmen to demonstrate the use of life-saving skills during realistic scenarios that enhance combat readiness.
