YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 5, 2018) - Sailors fasten a banner to the sponson of USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) in preparation for the upcoming open-base spring event at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Blue Ridge and her crew have now entered a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
