A bar, restaurant & creative space in Hackney Wick: An experiment in ethical, sustainable business & self-sufficient communities. Grow hopes to encourage partnership with the local community and for local groups to meet and exchange ideas (and hopefully start working together) around ethical and sustainable business and self sustainable communities, such as permaculture and energy collectives. With an emphasis on ecological and green issues, they plan to create a small ‘allotment’ or vegetable patch and herb garden for use in the restaurant.
