Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado, USA, 1926

The Smithsonian Institute is finding many strange discoveries as they explore the home of the 'Cliff Dwellers' in Mesa Verde. Many types of water jars and other forms of pottery have been unearthed, which indicate a high degree of intelligence. The explorations will be continued in the hopes of learning more about this strange race that is believed to have lived here 500 to 1,000 years ago.
