Lang, the assistant shipwright at the Royal Dockyard [in Woolwich, London]...A considerable space has been fitted up as booths on both sides and under the bows of the afford the friends of the Admiralty and the fine view of the launch. The figure-head is a representation, carved by Mr. Hellyer, of Vice-Admiral Sir William of the fleet at present assembled on the

The vessel presents a very fine appearance, and her weather and main decks have been payed with Jeffery's marine glue.
