A French medic tends to the feet of Chief Warrant Officer Jean Joseph, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, after he fell out of the 24 Kilometer hike during a 10-day French Tactical Desert Survival Training Course while deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. Forty Military members stationed at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, volunteered for the course taught by French Marines from the 5th Regiment Overseas Infantry.
