EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --The 7th Air Wing from Japan Air Self-Defense Force arrived with six F-15J aircraft at Eielson Air Force Base, Ala. shortly after midnight July 11, 2007. The crews will participate in Red Flag-Alaska exercise July 12-27. The exercise is focused on improving the combat readiness of forces and providing training for units preparing for air expeditionary force taskings. International partners will include Japan, Mongolia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey and NATO. Capt. Tana Stevenson)
