The Juhamnu Pavilion in the Secret Garden or Huwon of the Changdeokgung Palace in Seoul, South Korea, was a favorite of the royal family, had library.
I visited the Secret Garden in early April when not much of the vegetation had leafed or was in bloom; it was still peaceful, and I imagine a respite for the royal family when it is warmer. The king had a library here; what a nice place to sit and read!
