Paraliparis gracilis. Holotype. x ij. Hob. South Georgia and neighbourhood. The holotype of the species, 70 mm. in total length, is from 53° 48' 00" S, 35° 37' 3°" ^' 72^ metres. The other Antarctic species are P. antarcticus, Regan [? = P. zvildi, Waite]; and P. terrae-novae, Regan. I have given a key to these species in my report on the oceanic fishes (1930, , p. 352).
