Proboscis fully developed ; palpi minute, not reaching beyond the frons ; antennas of male with cilia and bristles ; hind tibire with two pairs of spurs ; abdomen with large lateral tuft of hair at extremity. Fore wing with veins 3, 4 from angle of cell; 5 from above angle ; 6 from well below upper angle ; 7, 8, 9 stalked, 7 from beyond 9 ; 10, 11 from cell, the latter curved and approximated to 12. Hind wing with veins 3, 4 stalked; 5 absent; 6, 7 co- incident ; the tornus produced to a rounded lobe. In key differs from Diarhabdosia in the hind wing having veins 6, 7 co- incident. *790 b.
