A., June 14,1919) operates in two sittings—excising first one-half and later the other. Heuses skin grafts. The results in time are very good. Skin grafting is rarelynecessary. Major Seelig heartily condemns skin grafts as unnecessary andthe cause of subsequent disfigurement. He urges that the redundant tissuebe not shaved off too deeply, otherwise all sebaceous gland rests are removedand no nidusus of epithelium left
