An appropriation of $100,000 is recommended for continuing the im-provement, and, if appropriated, will be applied in dredging 100,000cubic yards of material from the shoals from below Martins Creek toabove Martins Dock, in accordance with a])proved project, which pro-vides for 10 feet, mean low water, above Whiteheads Dock, and fordrilling, blasting, and dredging 5,000 cubic yards of solid rock frotn theobstructing reef above Martins Dock.
