There has been and is being- much written and published on celery cnlture that may be read with profit. One ounce of seed will pro- duce three or four thousand plants. White Plume,âProbably the most pop- ular variety of celery known. It matures early, and because of natural whiteness of stalks requires but little barking. On this ac- count White Plume may be more successfully grown by amateurs than any other sort with the possible exception of Golden St^lf-Blanch- ing.
