The book contains 328 pag-es, is bound in handsome cloth, with gold letters and design ; it is printed on best book-paper, and illustrated with over 100 beautiful original half-tone pictures, taken by Dr. Miller himself. It is unique in this regard. The first few pages of the new book are devoted to an interesting biographical sketch of Dr. Miller, telling how he happened to get into bee-keeping. Seventeen years ago he wrote a small book, called "A Year Among the Bees," but that little work has been out of print for a number of yea^s. While some of the matter used in the former book is found in the new one, it all reads like a good new story of successful bee-keep- ing by one of the masters, and shows in minutest detail just how Dr. Mil- ler does things with bees.
