A cap for a Fusilier officer, in the III/1. Foot Guards Regiment of the style worn after 1896. Abraded brass cap shield with remnants of silvering, scroll, "Pro Gloria et Patria", silver officer's balltuft, wreath is slightly abraded as well. Nickel-silver metal chinstrap on 91 buttons, which do not belong, one repaired. Cap bag with silver lace, strongly faded, somewhat detached from the shield.
