Chartsshowing the chemical composition of various foodstuffs should be provided andevery effort made to obtain such a collection of charts, illustrations and specimensas will give life and vitality to the multifarious problems that Household Scienceshould deal with. Charts and models illustrating the principles of plumbing andventilation might also be provided. The same criticism may be made this year as has been made in previous re-ports, that Household Science, as at present taught, consists almost entirely ofcookery.
