The importance of the work and its fundamental char-acter is without question appeahng more and more to ourchurches throughout the United States and to people ofwealth. It is evident that a congregation, to do its best work,must have a permanent home and a manse for its Manse Movement is making progress and the Board be-lieves that every settled pastor should be provided with amanse at the earliest possible moment. 6.
