SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 28, 2022) Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Ralph Oera, from Noveleta, Cavite, Philippines, stows supplies in a store room aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) during a replenishment-at-sea with Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199) while sailing in the South China Sea, July 28. Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
