A silver-mounted German percussion pistol,Bartolomaeus Joseph Kuchenreuter,Regensburg,circa 1830. Octagonal smoothbore barrel in 12 mm calibre with dovetailed front sight and double folding rear sight. The top of the barrel(incompletely)inlaid with tendrils in silver and signed "Barth. Jos. Kuchenreuter in Regensburg". Florally engraved percussion lock with(defective)single set trigger and repeated signature on the lockplate.
